The performance of management and the BoD constantly needs to be re-evaluated and with the AGM coming up this is the time when shareholders get an opportunity to have their say. If there is an opportunity to strengthen our management team and BoD then tough decisions may need to be made. Just as you have the right to have your say on how this company is run, so do I, and so does every other shareholder of the company.
