The team have been very professional and attempted to correct the failings of TIS management. This could have imploded 3 - 4 years ago without us knowing if the product actually work.
At least now we know......
I find it interesting that on the call the final comments were that the standard of care across the subject sites was probably higher than the norm in normal practice - our product worked, but not any better than the normal best practice standard care.....
