    Canceling 12% of shares will increase my ownership by 13.6% - good.

    The development business was loss making last year...getting rid of a loss making business could be good. I am unsure about this.

    But overall...seems good.

    Sure thing. I'll post about how the AGM goes. Tomorrow I'll be at the OAK AGM, then Wednesday the TCQ AGM. An interesting week for me. :) I am happy to hold many small cap shares, the 35% one-day gains entertain me and I find the reports far more interesting than those of large cap companies.
