This deal has a very high probability of being approved and completing given how long shareholders have suffered. Should be a gradual increase from here until completion. The best part is you can have your money in this and it will largely be insulated from further market volatility.
The strong close today will cause others to investigate and do the math for tomorrow.
A stellar outcome, unless you are holding from the IPO. It's a shame management diluted the heck out of it along the way.
