    I had a look at the announcement of the last AGM in Nov 2018. There was nothing there about delisting, only positives about IO etc. 
    Then only 2-3 weeks later the announcement came out of the proposal to delist. 
    What changed in those 2-3 weeks ??

    FMS has said nothing about how shareholders can sell or buy shares privately. Who does one go to ? Google ??
