Todd will probably sell the increase percent to a offtaker.
A chinese steel mill for 10-15 cents a share.
OCJ probably will realign with Todd to takeover the company if they both come to terms.
Todd and OCJ stake done deal at 80 percent. After 10 percent buyback.
OCJ won't sell into buy back as they are the final stumbling block to Todd taking over the whole company.
OCJ can extra a decent premium to deliver PIOP to Todd.
