i’m Interested to know what position this puts on OCJ, after this buyback of approx. 337mill shares, that will leave approx, 3.1 bill, now, OCJ own about 680mill, this would give OCJ a new percentage of about 21%, but useing the same figures it would increase Todd % to 62%, if you add both, a combined % of about 83%, if you take four other largest s/h you are left with very close to 10%, this percentage or less would give Todd automatic full ownership and control if Todd can convince OCJ otherwise, it’s a long bow but it is possible, someone else can triple check as I may have made a mistake. All my own opinion for legal purposes only.
