Im with Maysgr, i dont see many other ways a revised offer will be made
T2 have 2 independant IER's in their pocket, its hard to imagine a judge will not side with them, especially over a small amount lf shares left to acquire.
Call me what you will, Ive been active in trying to poibt out T2's failings and talking to larger shareholders on their position, but i will take the money off the table and move on from realm
