I agree here with @Maysgr and believe it is time to move on. I believe we all would have expected a higher IER valuation but it did not come in so feel the court will say it is a fair pay out to us and all we will be doing is waiting longer to get the same payout as the court rules in favour of the $1.35. Sometimes you just have to move on and i will not be objecting. I see it as a win as i believe if i had been paid out the $1.35 back with the original offer i would have lost 25% of it minimum with the way the markets have been so accepting now means i will use them $$ more cautiously in the type of market we are in and possibly pick up some bargains out there on its payout. Karma will find the likes of Gordan and taurus 1 day. Everyone needs to make their own decision here based on their own thoughts and the numbers will then determine all our fates. Good luck in your choices but for me i am moving on from this crap either now if the numbers dont take us to court or after if those who want to fight it fight it get the numbers.
