The fact the two valuations are insufficient for me to conclude a FAIR price is sufficient grounds for myself to object. I have always considered your posts very insightful Maysgr and have read them intently, The first valuation made it clear it was not fair. Now let the judge make his decision,if we all just fold and say it’s to hard or we have no chance,what are we but sheep,I thought you were one who would stand up but alas you have thrown in the towel just when it gets interesting, you have previously stated all the misgivings of this offer and how and what T2 HAVE DID WRONG,

stand and be counted,when it matters most who cares in the end if we loose,IF WE ARE SHEEP HAVE WE NOT ALREADY LOST!
