We can easily achieve this, I believe it is going to court. I think Taurus knew this and hence offered us 1.35 so as not to show any cards prior to the courts. Had they offered more, it would show that they believe the company is worth more.
We had a tally before and it was well over this 10% mark. I don’t think anything has changed since then
