When people start getting their chequer can they (if possible),

Advise the date they sent the form back?
Advise of the date on the cheque?
Any dates stamped on the envelope?

It's nearly time to make another complaint to ASIC in regards to the process for all General Compulsory Acquisitions.

It's now 1 month since we found out there were less than 10% objections and we are still waiting for funds.

I can sell any share on the market and get the money in 3 days, but have to wait 1 month under GCA.

It's the 21st century, crediting the funds to a nominated bank account would be an easy first step.
