Well now .... so in 2 weeks they have not been able to report any flow rates as it has not yet happened. So that in a case of NOT on time and therefore NOT on budget.
Orion, people should not be fooled by those statements. Do you really believe Florence field is "really complex"?
On the plus side it would almost appear the interpretation is flow testing doesn't matter as the well be put straight to production. Now your challenge is at what rate will it flow and what is the decline. Maybe watch the reported production to COGCC over time.
