I recommend reading BFEs 30 June 2013 annual report.
A Few things stand out:
1) The SP at 30 June 2012 was 7 cents
2) The previous board was ousted in December 2012 and replaced by Billings and Co
3) Billings writes the reason was because the old directors didnt share the same strategic direction of the major shareholders - which was PILOT Mountain
4) 7 months into Billings rein, SP has fallen to 0.6 cents
5) 12 months or so later, the key Asset of the major shareholders of BFE and THE REASON FOR THE BOARD SPILL (PILOT MOUNTAIN) is SOLD to THR, where Billings is also the Chairman!!
WOW!!!!
I would love to have the time to look through top 20 shareholders of both BFE and THR and see who is really pulling the strings here...unbelievable. THey could make a movie out of this!! (Might make more money than the TUngsten in ground!!)
