I was a but negative on the size of the raise compared to the acquisition but I think they'll go well with this and acquire something else this year that'll set ourselves up well for growth.

Costing us 1 x revenue fy 19 and 1.5x fy20 I think. Or was it the other way? Minus our payment of 3.25m. Plus half will be in shares, likely second payment when our sp will hopefully be higher.

Given our ARR is 15.3m and our MC st least 4x that. It's at a good price to be buying it at essentially 2.5x revenue with cash / shares. Current ARR for zunos is around 3m.
