Never insinuated they were obligated, however given the last 2 holes of dirt only, resulting 30% sp drop, its prudent they just shut shop in hope the mental games extrapolate a few pips out of the FOMO market to sellnoff some holdings in the light of a failure of oppies may not be approved.
