Well done to Management and Board for ensuring small shareholders were not disadvantaged in the capital raising. There seems to be a correlation between the way the management and boards of successful companies such as AHG and IPH ensure retail shareholders are looked after and the way those of mediocre performers such as QBE and AAD tend to look after the clients of the investment bank doing their raisings at the expense of their own shareholders
