How can you be sure, we have no knowledge of the deal. All we do know is that until the ASX queried their 4C, we were not even aware (pardon the pun) that they were entertaining a CR. If they can't get their reporting obligations right, why are you so sure the directors have taken their time and been so thorough with this CR?

What a ridiculous statement! You should have bought more shares 10 months ago! As I recall, there were very few that went through at that level, certainly not 26m! Even if there was volume available at the time, why do NEW investors get an opportunity to buy at the bottom when FRX has been de-risked, when existing (and in particular loyal IPO holders) do not.

Again, what a ridiculous statement! How do you have any idea of what IPO holders have done with their holdings? The Top 20 hasn't really changed that much, and besides most holders are insiders who obtained their shares at a 1c valuation.

Lucky their AGM is in Malaysia, otherwise they would be copping an earful.

@brendankok what annoys me and I assume others here is that FRX essentially don't trade. By offering up to retail punters on equal terms wouldn't have killed the share price momentum because there is none.

The only justification for this type of raise is if the costs are close to nothing. As stated earlier I'll reserve my judgement until the terms of the deal are released.

The exit strategy for FRX has to be via acquisition as Jeff is in control, it doesn't matter what the share price is, unless FRX need to raise again in future.
