1. The selling off to parents or relatives is quite an unfair accusation unless a DNA report validates it. You wouldn’t like the same for people to do that on you just because you have the same family name with your business associates.

2. What is for sure is that Jeff indirect holding through “Reapfield Technology Sdn Bhd” remains the same after it is transfered to his direct holding. Which means, instead of owning Reapfield which owns Flexiroam, he now owns Flexiroam directly. No more no less, in essence he did not sell any shares. Can be verified through the disclosure.

3. Asx aware letter came after the 4c announcement that they had 800k cash, which obviously no CR needed but they did dropped some hint. Following quarter they did 1.5m receipts with 500k , but no letter came from Asx.

5. There is no need to be furious when a company do well, if you believe they would then just go and buy more from the market. We weren’t in the picture during the board discussions on how they arrived to the placement but surely this was not the only option on the table.
