re: Ann: Completion of Senior Loan Refinancin... I am not so bearish on this stock. There are some analysts calling the bottom in Japan and it can't get too much worse, one would hope.
It goes ex dividend in just over 2 months and will pay 7% (approx) of it's closing price in dividends.
The Aussie dollar is artificially high ATM and will have to come under pressure by the time the next divi is payable.
They are amortizing debt and retaining earnings in what are pretty horrific times. Debt is still too high, but getting debt and servicing debt does not seem to be too difficult ATM.
I don't know this, but one could assume that given the scale of the destruction and the contaminated areas, that there will no doubt be higher demand for undamaged or unaffected property
Hopefuly this can improve and stabilize rental yields and flow through to improved valuations
