I have in-laws who live down on the peninsula joha, and yes it is a series of quick growing, (perhaps steadily growing is better), communities. Some pretty well heeled retirees, commuters and holiday makers call it home and the first two at least will certainly be needing to scan those aches, breaks, twisted limbs and locked up pins for decades ahead.

I think geographically CAJ are setting up well, as they have in a number of the extreme regions of Perth. Just remains to be seen if their model of service appeals to the masses, and minus anymore JC or overthetop merger moments we can resume a solid growth trajectory.
