So WHSP did not get their hands dirty on this placement. Will be interesting to see who has those shares. Is it James Douglas and his associates (mates at Acorn Capital)? If James Douglas is involved he will have to release a change of directors interest anyway. Even if he didn't get over 5% which i think is unlikely. He spent more loaning the company at high rates recently and when he joined. Even if he took half the placement 62,500,000 that is about the total of what he has loaned the company in the past. I would like to know like the rest of you. GLTAH
