Management gets 80m shares but this largely in lieu of wages. That is a good model currently being followed by other small companies that are seriously ambitious and want to preserve capital. KPL is another example, directors paid peanuts (relatively) and instead, they get shares ie skin the game. When they make money we shareholders make money. That is much better than the many companies whose directors are sucking the life blood out of them on high wages while the company flounders and the SP falls.
