Ann: Completion of Placement & Appendix 3B, page-22

I am considering a buy , not sure yet. But all things considered it looks more likely the price will move up from here rather than down.
Those considerations include the shakeup  in management, the tax credits, the strategic tenement position, cash position  and the chart, which though possibly not of much use for a company like this, still indicates to me where this may be headed.
Any other pro's and cons are appreciated , thanks in advance.
