Think we'll find that companies would have been waiting on the completion of phase 1 to sign contracts with CFO, as signing a contract with a manufacturer that was unable to meet demands would not fit most risk profiles. Now that this is complete if any contracts were on hold waiting for supply to be met these will be announced as completed within the next few weeks to months.
