re: Ann: Completion of new US financing arran... Pleased to see them bed down the new finance arrangements. $1.5m pa in interest savings is nothing to sneeze at. With all subordinate debt removed AMU now on much more favourable terms.
I imagine this task has consumed much of managements time of late.
The companies debt obligations are one of the issues that have been touted as holding back the sp, however with substantial debt reductions having been made and superior terms renegotiated one hopes that this is a non issue going forward. Clearly the banking syndicate are OK with AMU's position and assets.

Now lets get on with building the business.
