    Current 3DM Market Cap is 23m.
    There are 370m shares outstanding.

    Therefore, 23m/370m = 0.062

    Assuming, the bare minimum Mach7 brings is its book order value of 10m (excluding future contracts etc), the market cap hits 33m.

    Therefore, 33m/370m = 0.089 becomes the value of those same shares.

    Will be interesting to see how the merger reports and financials which are due soon impact the SP.
    IMO it is undervalued but DYOR!
