May by a bit of wishful thinking on my part, lol.
If you discount the T/O attempt CAJ is in the strongest financial position in the whole of the 3 or so years I've been invested in it. I would love to know the reason why they launched the bid when they did. The market clearly liked our AGM results with the SP moving to over 31 cents. If the I-Rad and Radiology Tasmania acquisitions had been announced first, what could the SP have been? At a guess I'd like to think that it would be around 35 cents, probably higher. That would have lowered the 6.9 shares on offer in the bid.
Just can't see what the rush was especially given how long it is taking them to get the bidder's statement out.
