Lack of cores photos and overall excitement in the announcement is generally a lead indicator.
Kinda reminds me of when CXO drilled their biggest targets, Zola and Ringwood. Cores were sent for analysis with no photos and no real excitement in general. They were dusters.
The 30-40m of weathering isn't really that surprising though.
