Seriously, the market has seen GPP do so much "fluff" in the past, The "boy that CD ried wolf" scenario is in play, the technology available today demands truth,  visual would have seen the SP rise, or at least not atrract the dump. They also delayed the first hole announcement for 2 days, and released 5 regulatory notices, several not due till Monday's 30th.
It is history repeated, with 2018 movie title "return of 2016 escapees", or the never ending story of "fluff".
