When doing CR the BOD should consider stickier hands first. SH’s should be considered for the lions share. CR participants would naturally sell the heads and keep the gifted options. By the way I agree with you most times regarding the management. If a substantial lithium is found we may (organically) see a new board. Keep up I may vote for you.
