I think main downward pressure today was people selling SLC to buy BGL. At 1.04 effectively getting SLC @ $2.80 if you play the patience game and willing to risk deal not proceeding.
Risk looks relatively minor given Placement etc. If competitive bid its a positive with BGL as well.
Placement very well supported. Think SLC will hold $3 easy and probably resume northward service once opportune switching finishes.
