This is what dilution is... more shares in the market, existing holders value goes down.

Let's just hope that the market likes where they want to go and shows it via investment with the sp rising above the equivalent previous price (was trading at around 0.5, equiv post consolidation is 0.4 - to get to 2c relisting basis) but adding the equiv of over 5billion shares to the market (pre-consolidated) - someone else may have the time to post exact numbers (thanks if you do).

This is a watch and see for me, if I end up losing, I can write it off on others...

But on the bright side, I think they have a good story and I hope there are enough "customers" out there for them to grow their network and revenue and profitability into something great.
