Sorry but I do not understand how BUR can return to existing shareholders.
My understanding is existing shareholders are heavily diluted.
New directors contributed only promises in return for large share of new company.
Sure you can say they have skill and experience, but they get pay with salaries and bonuses too.
And if they fail, they would not lose any money.
When BUR relisted, we have ~5m in the bank, a plan and a team to deliver that.
How much the market will evaluate the business value at? I do not know, but my gut felling tell me it is less than 24m.
