One aspect I do like is how they provide training to the principles choosen contractor and an audit program to ensure correct installation. Peace of mind for both the contractor and principle.

Will likely be some increase in demand from infrastructure projects over the next few years I guess. Relocation/realignment of pipelines, that sort of thing.

I wonder why the previous private equity owner decided to sell now? Cycle peak of land development activities perhaps? Who knows.

Warning - rant follows as my 1yr old broken alarm clock is testing my sanity at 2am:
One thing is for certain though, we live in paradice and every human being on earth is aspirational. The grand master of population growth will continue to expand this epic harmonious human society and civilisation. Or ant hill, or bee hive or other similar mono species domination equivalent. The sun will burn out in a zillion years so its all fun and games. I guess the only safety valve in the whole design is that nothing lives forever. The play "Waiting for Godot" did my head in for a bit. The bliss of truelly understanding the concept of absurdism blew my mind.
