Gassed, out of the blue CM8 announced it was buying a company three times larger than itself. Why would existing share holders have had the money or the inclination to fund such a gigantic acquisition such as that?

and, as it turned out, Track under-performed...(and the Track vendors are still receiving 15% a year interest for their generous loan to CM8).

I don't follow your logic.. but I have noticed you seem to get rather angry with posters on hot copper and twitter who challenge your opinions.
