I rephrase, I didn't explain that clearly. Management know what the quarterly looks like, we know they can't disclose the numbers but.... I don't feel they would go to sophs/ cornerstone investor and raise at a premium just before a bad quarterly, that would leave their reputation in tatters and the future raising prospects minimalised significantly.
I think this eludes to the quarterly being good as they wouldn't have the confidence to go through with someone like this if it wasn't. I've worked in the industry for some time, while you can't disclose things actions can speak louder to words and funds will read between the lines.
