It’s right that $10m should’ve gone to the Tanzanian government to get the mine up and running,absolutely.
Don’t think for a second that they don’t want it.
Money talks and bullshit walks,especially in those 3rd world countries.
We would be sending graphite to Townsville by now if it had been done back then.
