Hey slogger, I think Boston are dealing with all the government incentives and ensuring those relationships stay strong. BEIs representative in IM3 is Corey Cooney and acts (I believe) as Chairman of IM3. Corey is the one signing all the docs and talking to all political parties. I'm sure he and Bill Moss were also involved in the AL Capital investment in Magnis given Warwick and Bill's history
