I doubt there will be future CRs at this prIce. The fact that they were oversubscribed and chose not to take additional funds suggests they're aware of and managing shareholder dilution. This suggests confidence (from the firm and Taylors) in the ability to raise at higher prices to complete acquisitions. in my opinion the next raise will be at a substantially higher price based on the strength of the asset being acquired. Time will tell, but I'm pretty upbeat at the moment.
