Wow Dollars, that twice in one week I agree what your post.
Perhaps there is something in the water???

Clearly these guys sat down some time ago, and worked out a plan, as to how they were going to take control of some pretty worthwhile assets...for as little as they could get away with.

I dont think that even they, thought they would get away with it as easily and as cheaply as it is playing out for them.

The benefits of a demerger compared to the cost???? There are plenty successful diversified mining companies out there. So are our directors and management are saying they cant do two things at a time? yet we will appoint the same management to both entities....the public will never see through our cunning plan.

I am almost over caring now. I have written these off to an education lesson about the quality/integrity of management.
