What concerns me is that if they demerge the assets and offer shares to us GWR holders, we are going to have another company with the same directors linked to the same people with the same share register.
Translation another vehicle to get hold of GWR perhaps?
I don't have a problem if that's what they plan to do and we all benefit, but at the moment, we're all losers or "LOOSERS" as some on Hot Copper like to say.
