1) Resign and get the Board to sack themselves, after all what qualifications does John Doutch bring to the Board.
2) Cliffs takeover the management, JOB DONE.

Although doing it this way won’t fill John Doutch’s pockets by merging all gold and uranium assets into his piggy bank. Even the ex knights are sick of this larceny.
