As for complexities, I guess they need to check existing binding agreements made from the previous BOD and assess each project individually re valuation, viability, budgets and timeframes. This will take some time and we need to be patient.
Re trading. Why I project a confident view is because the Skype group delivered to the ASX as per ASX request.
Eggs have been unscrambled. BOD have been replaced.
The complexities that the new board face are HDYs challenges in moving forward and should have no baring on the ASX lifting the suspension.
The above is my opinion and guesstimates. DYOR.

Hey Hey2. That is very magnanimous of you but I am not quite sure of the legalities involved with that. Besides I am from overseas you know and not to be trusted if you manage to join the dots.
I am very touched by your offer to join the clan but I am happy enough to watch on and catch the vibes as things progress. Good luck to you all and it will be interesting to see what the new BOD can make of what HDY has in reality. At least we won't die wondering with the new Board I imagine.
