only word of caution from me is that the new hires will add to baseline costs. The cash burn rate per last 4C will increase a bit, towards end of the June quarter it could start to get a little tighter in terms of cash position.

I would not rule out a small capital raising towards end April, but I have no real concerns given that IPO investors have made 200% and are likely to continue to hold (this is a strategic investment for sure), so are also likely to contribute to the CR, we should see some cash inflows in Q3 and Q4.
