Something else might well be worth considering here.
Looking at the major shareholder base its fairly obvious who voted against these cretins as Nero and Neon have exited.
Were they connected to the previous management?
The bigger question is,did Hawk's Point vote for these guys and if so has this little game of there's been going on for a lot longer than thought.
Considering that Hawk's Point voted against the Regis takeover essentially putting the kibosh on the takeover, were they already in discussion with these cretins plotting to install them as head honchos of their little game.
Hawk's Point may well, be well named.
