Corporate is mostly out of my understanding but I wondered who D Jendry was so did a quick google search.

In light of what you imply about corporate raiders my impressions are not great.

Don't know if this is the same DJ but it is an unusual enough surname to be the same person mentioned in this biography.

I haven't delved too deeply and the examples I have chosen from this brief search do not fill me with any confidence for a chair person. Although chair persons do tend to be chosen rather than active much of the time IMO.

WHL energy "merged" with Quantify Technology (QT) 2016. Oil to tech is not that unusual given what happens to oil/mining stocks in downturns.
DJ is NOT on the board of QT now.
Performance rights issued to directors of QT. Again standard procedure.

In light of your posts E the above suggests someone familiar with what you mention.

I have always liked the Karlawinda project and see huge upside in the resource coming from regional and brownfields exploration. I have lost a reasonable amount over the years and the potential resource extensions I see tempt me but these corporate and financial issues are not encouraging. Cojones needed to hold.
