Perhaps Im missing the blindingly obvious here but you don't get 40% shareholder support without a plan. Furthermore why support the board spill if the offer that is being touted is equal to 11.4c? They could have gotten that on their own simply by progressing the project a couple more months and doing the drilling and production ramp up.
My guess is that it is a TO and I haven't worked out how getting 1 or multiple TO offers only benefits the major share holders and not us?
