100% scare tactic and it worked. They word it like that for a reason. It's in their best interest to get the share price as low as they can.

I am holding all my shares and they can get F#cked. These directors have shown how they operate in the past and what they are doing now is the same as they have done to other companies - rape and pillage with complete disregard to the loyal shareholders.

Obviously, these directors must have been able to convince a chunk of shareholders to vote for them despite their background. So maybe just maybe there might be something worth holding for so I will take the punt and hold. If the share price goes low enough I am buying.
