Based on my understanding HP could well call a vote but they would need the 40% of the votes that just voted these clowns in so the question is why bother.
As stated earlier this is the most overly disturbing Ann I have read. So to my mind begs the question why??
1/Are they proving a point to HP and sending a message?
2/Are they, as someone suggested trying to get cheap options?
3/Are they trying to make a low ball offer look ore attractive?
4/Are they loading up and their mates along with them?
5/Is an offer coming or not?
My proposed answers are:
1/Yes
2/Yes
3/ No I do not believe you get 40% shareholders votes without something worthwhile.
4/ Probably
5/ Yes as per point 3
